FELONY

George Fredrick Matteson, 67, of Stonyford, was arrested on June 29 at 6:34 p.m. by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 4400 block of Ladoga-Stonyford Road on suspicion of damaging a telephone or power line. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Juan Manuel Monroy, 19, of Meridian, was arrested on June 29 at 8:02 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, east of Mitchell Flats, on suspicion of three counts of being in control of a controlled substance and for driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at 21,620.

Rodney William Cagle, 51, of Yuba City, was arrested on June 30 at 5:18 a.m. by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 3700 block of Highway 45 on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance and for being in possession of marijuana or hashish for sale. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
