Odd Fellows donate to area high schools

The local Odd Fellows at Spring Valley Lodge No. 316 of Arbuckle has generously donated money to the local area high school athletic programs. The Lodge donated $1,000 to each surrounding school with the hometown school, Pierce High, getting $2,000. The Odd Fellows is a nonprofit organization working to improve the community. Those present are, left to right, Dan McDonald, Williams High; Bryan Lex, Princeton High; Russell Gardner, Maxwell High; Bill Cobb, Noble Grand; Mike West , Colusa High; and Gary Teague, Pierce High. The Odd Fellows will be hosting its annual Pancake Breakfast today from 6:30-10:30 a.m. at the Arbuckle Fire Hall, honoring the Veterans Day Tribute Wall.
