Searchers look underwater for missing boater

The search continued on Monday for a missing Sacramento firefighter who is believed to have disappeared while fishing on Camp Far West Reservoir.

The Yuba County Sheriff's Department said it is looking underwater, using sonar-based remote control video, for East Nicolaus resident William Porter.

Porter, 57, was reported missing when he didn't return home from a fishing trip at Camp Far West on Wednesday night.

Searchers from the Nevada County Sheriff's Department, along with Porter's family and friends, are helping in the case.
