Business News: Service technician gets recognition
Timothy Kist of Hoblit Motors in Colusa recently won the 2012 PTS Performance Challenge, a Ford company recognition contest that grades certain job accomplishments.
Those categores include the Fix-It-Right-The-First-Time performance, retail sales, support and technical training.
Kist is a service technician who excelled in: technical traiining, Fix-It-Right-The-First-Time, retail sales support, served as technician mentor and reviewing Fix-It-Right-The-First-Time material from Ford.
Kist's prize is a four-day, three-night trip to Dearborn, Mich., in May.
He will visit the Ford headquarters, talk with product engineers, be part of a technical hotline, will provide feedback to the Customer Service Division staff and management and tour the Rogue Factory.
