Colusa County General Plan: new recreation, urban designations

In this map of Arbuckle, the areas with diagonal lines are agricultural transition properties with an urban reserve overlay zoning designation, in the proposed Colusa County General Plan. Those are the areas targeted for residential growth, but can only be developed from the current residential areas outward. The areas will continue to be farmed under the new designation.
