An old lumber yard is being dismantled piece by piece along the Sacramento River in Colusa. Located across from the Ford dealership and behind the Riverside Inn at Main and Fifth streets, Wayne Hoblit has not decided what he plans to do with the property. It is viewed as one of a limited number of properties in the area that can be redeveloped into the kind of businesses that will attract tourism to the downtown area.
