Longtime educator at Williams Elementary retires
Cyndee Engrahm has retired after 15 years as principal and 25 years in all at Williams Elementary School. Her last day was Friday. Testing accountability and technology have been the biggest changes in education in her 29-year career, she said.

Cyndee Engrahm is sitting in Portland, Ore., trying to figure out how to do nothing.
"For the first time, I don't want to have plans. I want to be bored for awhile," Engrahm said in an interview Wednesday — three days before her official start to retirement.
