Softball sign-ups soon
The Colusa County Softball Association invites softball players from neighboring cities who may have lost their softball program.
Team rosters for the Men's League will be accepted from 6-8 p.m. April 11 and April 16 at Round Table Pizza in Colusa, 1031 Bridge St.

Colusa High baseball alumni game sign-ups
Colusa High School Baseball will be hosting its annual Alumni Game at noon April 7 on the baseball field at the high school.
All past players are welcome to play or simply attend the event. Cost is $25 to participate in the game with all proceeds going directly to the baseball team. A hat or T-shirt is included in the price.

CRAF golf tourney April 20
The fifth annual Colusa Redhawks Athletic Foundation (CRAF) Golf Tournament is being held April 20 at the Colusa Golf & Country Club.
Enjoy a great tournament and contributing to a good cause with the CRAF Golf Tournament. The foursome scramble format will have golfers competing for first-, second- and third-place prizes
Hors d'oeuvres, and awards ceremony to follow the round of golf. Golfers and sponsors needed.

Cowboys bad-ball softball tournament
The Colusa County Cowboys youth football and cheerleading program is holding a co-ed bad-ball softball tournament April 14 at the Colusa Softball Complex.
The tourney is limited to the first 10 teams, so first-to-pay is also first-to-play. The fee is $25 per person or $40 per couple. Players may sign up as couples or individually, and players must be at least a freshman in high school to play.

AYSO registration in Colusa County
The American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) is returning to offer soccer in Colusa County in 2012, and is holding registrations in a number of towns. The program is 100 percent volunteer staffed, and volunteers and coaches are needed. All games will be played locally.
Interested parents and players may register anytime at the Williams Finance Office, or at one of the local registrations:
Arbuckle - April 28, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Arbuckle Parks and Registration Building.
Williams - May 17, 6-8 p.m. at Williams City Hall.
Colusa - April 28, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Jeff's Freezette.
Maxwell - To be determined.
