Pedraza to play for William Jessup University

Former Colusa High soccer standout Bernardo Pedraza signed on to play for William Jessup University in Rocklin next year.

Pedraza joins the Warriors after playing two years for Yuba College as a forward and goal keeper. The Warriors play in the California Pacific Conference of the National Association for Intercollegiate Athletics.

The Warriors finished third in the conference and had a 8-9-1 overall record last season.

While at Colusa, Pedraza was the team's most valuable player two years and earned All-Sacramento Valley League honors all four years.
