The Williams High softball season came to an end on Wednesday when the Yellowjackets lost to visiting Portola High in both games of a doubleheader.
Williams finished its season with an overall record of 2-18 and went 0-6 in the Mid-Valley League - South.

The Yellowjackets dropped their final two games and finished the season without a win after losing both games of a home doubleheader to Portola on Tuesday.
Williams finished the season 0-17 overall and 0-6 in MVL-South play.

Sun Devils 10, Panthers 9
The Arbuckle Sun Devils upended the Maxwell Panthers by the score of 10-9 in a minors division softball game on Monday.
Hollie Azevedo pitched well and drove in a run for the Panthers, and Emily Pearson, Natalie Wilson and Jasmin Hansen played good defense.
Panthers 16, Warrior Bees 6
After playing to a tie the first time the teams met, the Maxwell Panthers minors division softball team beat the Williams Warrior Bees 16-6 on May 5.

Cardinals 3, Nationals 0
Cody Free and Cole Simmons combined to throw a no-hitter for the Colusa Cardinals in their minors division game against the Arbuckle Nationals.
The Cardinals improved to 12-0 on the year and Ethan Lay went 2 for 2 with 2 RBIs and a run scored.
